How is it Made?
At UTS CORDEX LLP, our agricultural ropes and twines are extruded using 100% virgin polypropylene resins blended with premium anti-UV masterbatches. This crucial step ensures the polymer chains do not break down under continuous solar radiation.
Quality Control & Packaging: The extruded films are fibrillated to increase knot-holding capability without causing friction burns to farm workers' hands. They are spun on advanced twisting machines to achieve consistent denier and tension. Finally, they are spooled into coreless or plastic-core cones and shrink-wrapped for safe transit to international farms and distributors.
